Its integrated turbine and flow-through gearbox drive the rotating nozzle assembly, producing a 360° criss-cross cleaning pattern for effective coverage of tank surfaces.

The adjustable turbine allows the rotation speed to be adjusted between 2–4 rpm, helping optimize the cleaning process for different operating conditions. The machine is designed for powerful jet impact, long jet reach, easy maintenance and reduced cleaning time.

Working Principle

Cleaning liquid enters the Scanjet SC 15TW and passes through the integrated turbine and flow-through gearbox. The turbine drives the gearbox, causing the machine and nozzle housing to rotate. Cleaning liquid is discharged through two or four nozzles, creating a powerful 360° criss-cross pattern that reaches the tank surfaces and provides thorough cleaning coverage.
