Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day.
Custom Orders
Custom-configured equipment or calibration services may require 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.
Holidays and Weekends
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please account for additional time during peak holiday seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package by:

Special Circumstances
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Info@bestmarineservices.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees.
Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notice. Most carriers will attempt delivery 2-3 times before returning the package. Contact the carrier directly to arrange redelivery or pickup.
Signature Required
High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you won't be available, you can arrange for delivery to a nearby carrier facility for pickup.
