Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all packaging, accessories and documentation.

Email or WhatsApp us within the return window with your order number, the item and the reason for the return.
Get our return instructions
We confirm the return and send you the return address and instructions.
Pack the item
Pack it securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
Ship it back
Use a trackable service. For defective or wrong items we cover the return shipping.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund you to your original payment method, less the restocking fee where it applies.
