Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Learn about our return and refund process.

Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns for defective or damaged items within 90 days of delivery.

Important: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Returnable Items

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong items received
  • Items not matching description
  • Unused calibration equipment

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software or digital products
  • Custom-ordered or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Calibrated equipment (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 30 days (unless defective)

How to Return an Item

Initiate Return Request

Log in to your account and go to Order History. Select the order and click "Request Return". Fill out the return form with the reason for return.

Get Return Authorization

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email within 24-48 hours. This number is required for all returns.

Pack Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Ship the Return

Use the prepaid return label provided in your RMA email (for defective items) or ship at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Policy

Full Refund: You will receive a full refund for returns made within 30 days in original condition, or for defective items within 90 days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of opened items or items returned after 30 days (within the 90-day window).

Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost. For all other exchanges:

  • Return the original item following the standard return process
  • Place a new order for the desired item
  • Contact customer service for expedited exchange processing
