DREW MARINE DREWPLEX OK CORROSION INHIBITOR AMPOULE TEST KIT 0387010

Drew Marine DREWPLEX OX Ampoule Test Kit 0387010

The Drew Marine DREWPLEX OX Ampoule Test Kit PCN 0387010 is a professional boiler water testing kit designed to determine the concentration of DEHA (diethylhydroxylamine), the active oxygen scavenger associated with DREWPLEX OX treatment programs.

The DREWPLEX OX Ampoule Test Kit provides a simple and convenient method for monitoring residual DEHA in boiler and feedwater systems. Regular testing helps engineers maintain the appropriate oxygen scavenger level and control corrosion in steam-generating and boiler water systems.

Each self-filling ampoule contains a premeasured liquid reagent. When the ampoule is immersed in the prepared boiler-water sample and the tip is broken, the required sample is drawn into the ampoule. The sample and reagent are then mixed and the resulting color is compared against the supplied color standards.

DREWPLEX OX DEHA Test Kit

Dissolved oxygen in boiler and steam-generating systems can contribute to corrosion and damage to metal surfaces. DREWPLEX OX is used as an oxygen scavenger, and monitoring the residual DEHA concentration helps verify that the treatment program is maintaining appropriate protection.

The DREWPLEX OX Ampoule Test Kit 0387010 is specifically designed to measure residual DEHA in boiler/feedwater systems. Samples should be properly cooled before testing, and the manufacturer’s testing procedure should be followed for accurate results.
